Before you place your order for an Estate Planning Package, we ask that you review our retainer agreement.  You will be asked whether you agree or not.  If you agree, print out the form from your browser's "print" command, sign it, mail and mail it to us.

You will be shown a way to "click through" and fill out the forms if you wish, but we will not process the information until we have both your payment and the signed retainer agreement.

A draft of the completed documents will be sent to you by e-mail at the address you provide.
