• The Will Only ONLINE plan, which includes a Last Will is only $200.00 complete. 

• The Individual Trust Package includes, at your option, a Living Trust, a Will, a  Health Care Directive, and a  General Durable Power of Attorney. The low price for this complete estate planning package, including a Client Workbook, is only $725.00. 

• The Couples Package - for Married Couples, Unmarried couples or Domestic Partners -- includes, at your option, a Living Trust, a Will, a  Health Care Directive, and a  General Durable Power of Attorney for each of you. The low price for this complete estate planning package, including a Client Workbook, is only $950.00. 

• The Asset transfer add-on (for those using a trust) is only $150.00 additional to any of the above packages.  For this low additional fee we will write the letters and prepare deeds to transfer your assets to your revocable trust.

• Online and email only packages: If you are comfortable working entirely online and through email, including unlimited telephone consultation, then you may want our special packages which are identical to those above.  Only $650.00 for individuals and $875.00 for couples.

• Included for each person are the same documents described above for our in-office packages. We use the most up to date documents comparable to those others charge thousands of dollars to prepare.
• After reading the fee agreement and making payment, we will mail to you our exclusive Workbook.
• After you have received and read the Workbook, you may go to our online information forms on a secure server to give us the information we need to prepare draft documents, or you can mail or fax the information to us. 
• We will send you drafts by e-mail or regular mail for your review and then send you the final documents for signature after your review.
