Each of the packages (Adobe calls them portfolios, or collection of files) below contains the following PDF files:

1. Retainer agreement. Read it, and if you agree, follow the instructions.
2. Client Guide.  Read it before completing the information forms so you have the legal background to make informed decisions.
3. An information form for you to complete and email to me so that I can prepare draft documents for you.
4. Asset form, for you to give me information for transferring your assets (added fee)
5. Instructions for signing your documents if you do not come to my office to do so.

To download the package appropriate for you, click the icon to the left of the description below.  Depending you your browser settings, you will either then download the file or have it open in your browser. If the latter, there is a "save" icon at the top which will allow you to save a copy to your computer.
